Job summary

CPSI is seeking an experienced Strategic Client Manager to lead executive relationships with top enterprise clients and drive value realization across TruBridge and related EHR/third-party solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
• Demonstrated experience improving healthcare revenue cycle performance (cash collections, A/R aging, denials).
• Proven success improving client satisfaction, protecting renewals, and recovering at-risk relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement client success plans with retention, satisfaction, risk-reduction, and growth objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of client’s organization and healthcare environment to strengthen relationships and outcomes.
• Measure client satisfaction and engagement through feedback and executive conversations.
• Create value realization reporting to demonstrate ROI and inform growth opportunities.
• Own executive-level reviews translating revenue cycle data into prioritized actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to diagnose performance challenges and drive corrective actions.
