Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Project Manager who will independently lead enterprise-wide quality initiatives, reporting to the Administrative Director of Quality and partnering with the CQO and Enterprise Quality Team.

You will collaborate with OC MO, enterprise hospitals, and external partners to drive patient safety and quality improvements, while managing plans, timelines, and risks in a highly matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Leadership or team support experience preferred (0-1 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple high-priority projects aligned with CQO and enterprise quality goals.
• Partner with executives and clinicians to drive patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate enterprise-wide committees and ensure measurable results.
• Create and maintain project documentation for transparency and accountability.
• Manage resources and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to project coordinators and managers.
