Mass General Brigham Digital is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives that enhance how we communicate, engage, and deliver value across the organization. This hybrid role reports to the Manager, Digital Communications and partners with product, clinical, and technical teams to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Marketing/Communications required.
• 4+ years of project management experience in digital, technology, healthcare, or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience in communications or change management strongly preferred.
• Experience developing content—writing articles, video production, drafting emails etc. strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with technical, business and creative deliverables, with attention to detail and quality.
• Experience delivering project communications/assets across formats to support adoption and campaigns, ideally in corporate/healthcare/regulated settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and objectives are achieved.
• Partner with Digital Communications, product teams, clinical leaders, and technical stakeholders to drive project success and organizational alignment.
• Develop and execute communication strategies that keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and prepared for change.
• Create high-quality written communications, presentations, updates, and implementation materials for diverse audiences.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and address challenges to maintain project momentum.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and decision-making across multiple teams and organizational levels.
• Support change management and adoption efforts to maximize impact of digital initiatives.
• Assist in developing project goals, scope, success metrics and work plans; create and maintain detailed project plans and track milestones.
