Marvin is hiring an Enterprise Quality – Production Manager to lead an enterprise strategy focused on preventing defects at the source. You will partner with quality, operations, and engineering leaders to stabilize manufacturing processes, strengthen process capability, and reduce product escapes across sites.

This role requires multi-site manufacturing experience and strong knowledge of quality systems, process control, and data-based decision-making. Relocation benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality Management or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing quality, operations, engineering, or continuous improvement.
• Experience deploying consistent practices across multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, process control, root-cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to influence plant leaders without direct authority and travel regularly to sites.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deploy a consistent enterprise production quality strategy with governance, metrics and review routines.
• Lead, coach and develop Quality Engineers and build plant capability in process control and root-cause analysis.
• Partner with Quality, Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, CI and Supply Chain leaders to translate enterprise expectations into shop-floor controls.
• Establish and sustain dimensional control plans, in-process checks and measurement-system discipline.
• Reduce product escapes and process variation across manufacturing sites through containment and corrective actions.
• Share best practices across sites and communicate quality concerns to related partners.
• Use data to identify trends, set priorities, launch improvement efforts and verify sustained gains.
