Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Quality Engineer to support safety, quality, productivity, and cost-reduction initiatives within our manufacturing environment. You will analyze production line issues, drive corrective actions, and coordinate quality audits while collaborating with internal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing principles, procedures, and technology.
• Demonstrated, strong written and oral communication required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering efforts to analyze, identify, and resolve production line problems in order to meet quality standards and specifications.
• Serve as a resource to internal departments in order to resolve issues related to incoming parts and develop corrective actions.
• Organize and schedule quality audits, develop and manage supporting documentation and communicate results.
• Observe continuous improvement testing efforts and coordinate root cause analysis of product failures.
• Support Research and Development efforts to correct any issues with current products.
• Conduct data analysis and analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement activities within production and business processes.
• Assist in analyzing, identifying, and resolving production line problems and lead problem solving groups.
