Job summary

Pomeroy is seeking an experienced Lead Quality Engineer to define and drive the enterprise strategy for Quality Engineering, Test Data Management, and Test Automation across a large technology organization. This strategic, hands-on role focuses on establishing standards, modern testing frameworks, governance, and automation strategies to improve software quality and delivery speed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, Test Automation, or related discipline.
5+ years leading enterprise-scale technical initiatives, architecture programs, or engineering transformation efforts.
Experience designing enterprise testing frameworks and automation strategies.
Experience implementing Test Data Management solutions.
Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and Software Quality Engineering principles.
Experience developing enterprise standards, governance models, and reusable engineering frameworks.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and business leaders.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the enterprise roadmap for Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and Test Data Management.
Serve as the technical authority for enterprise testing platforms, frameworks, and automation standards.
Design scalable testing architectures, reusable frameworks, and engineering best practices adopted across multiple development teams.
