This is a highly strategic, hands‑on technical leadership role ideal for someone who has progressed into a Lead Engineer, Principal Engineer, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Quality Engineering Architect. Rather than managing people, you'll influence engineering organizations by establishing enterprise standards, modern testing frameworks, governance, and automation strategies that improve software quality, accelerate delivery, and support scalable DevOps practices.

If you're passionate about modern Quality Engineering, enterprise architecture, automation, and helping engineering teams build better software faster, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

-Lead initiatives around:
  • Test Data Management
  • Test Automation
  • CI/CD testing integration
  • Quality Governance
  • Data masking
-Develop enterprise testing frameworks supporting:
  • Functional Testing
  • API Testing
  • Integration Testing
  • End-to-End Testing
  • Regression Testing
  • Performance Testing
  • Partner with Development, Architecture, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, Product, and Delivery teams to improve engineering quality and delivery efficiency.
  • Create reusable automation libraries, templates, implementation patterns, and accelerators.
  • Establish governance, quality standards, reporting metrics, and automation best practices across the organization.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies including AI-assisted testing, intelligent automation, predictive quality analytics, and modern testing platforms.
  • Lead architecture reviews, proof-of-concepts, platform evaluations, and enterprise onboarding initiatives.
  • Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership through influence rather than direct people management.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, Test Automation, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years leading enterprise-scale technical initiatives, architecture programs, or engineering transformation efforts
  • Experience designing enterprise testing frameworks and automation strategies
  • Experience implementing Test Data Management solutions
  • Strong understanding of:
  • SDLC
  • DevOps
  • Software Quality Engineering principles
  • Experience developing enterprise standards, governance models, and reusable engineering frameworks

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following technologies:

  • Delphix
  • Selenium
  • Playwright
  • Cucumber
  • Postman
  • REST Assured
  • GitLab
  • Jira
Additional experience with:
  • Cloud-native testing (Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud)
  • AI-enabled testing solutions
  • Quality Engineering transformation initiatives
  • Highly regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, or similar environments
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a technical leader who can combine enterprise architecture, engineering strategy, and hands‑on technical expertise to modernize Quality Engineering practices across the organization. You'll be comfortable influencing multiple engineering teams, defining standards, and driving large‑scale adoption of modern testing technologies and automation practices.

Why Join Us?

You'll have the opportunity to shape enterprise‑wide Quality Engineering strategy, influence technology direction, and implement modern testing capabilities that improve software quality, delivery speed, and engineering excellence across the organization.
