Job summary

This role blends enterprise architecture with hands-on execution in software testing, QA automation, generative AI, and AI-enabled engineering. You will establish KPIs, stage gates, and governance to accelerate adoption while reducing risk.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in AI architecture and enterprise-scale programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration.
• Experience designing AI solutions in large enterprises.
• Strong governance, Responsible AI, and security practices.
• Proven ability to create reusable architecture patterns.
• Solid understanding of modern software testing and QA automation with AI.
• Ability to evaluate AI platforms and vendors from technical and business perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Define AI strategy, governance, and roadmap for QA.
• Design enterprise AI architecture supporting QA transformation.
• Develop reusable reference architectures and governance checkpoints.
• Oversee AI initiatives, risk, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with QA, engineering, security, data teams to scale AI adoption.
• Guide proofs-of-concept into production-ready capabilities.
