Job summary

Hancock Whitney seeks an Enterprise Project Manager 1 (EPM1) Auditor/Administrator to develop, monitor, and improve controls for project governance. You will support audits, templates, tools, and process improvements to uphold service levels and compliance within the EPO.

The role may lead small projects, coordinate with vendors, and provide executive-level status updates on scope, risks, and progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools and processes.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and managing vendor deliverables.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit project sites for evidence of documentation and approvals to match required activities.
• Maintain project management processes and templates; QA changes and communicate updates.
• Notify Change Acknowledgement Group of project scope/timeline/resource changes.
• Compile and distribute enterprise weekly status reports and ensure data is documented.
• Assist in gathering documentation for Tax Incentives for the Company.
• Provide tier-one support for EPO tools; train users and prepare material.
• Coordinate annual records retention review for EPO management.
• Lead small department projects from planning to close; facilitate meetings and communications.
• Provide executive-level status reporting on scope, progress, risks, and mitigation.
• Build collaborative relationships with business ops, tech, legal, compliance, finance, risk, vendors.
• Apply change management practices to drive adoption of deliverables.
• Learn Hancock Whitney’s organizational structure and PM methodology.
