Job summary

Hancock Whitney is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager 1 (EPM1) Auditor/Administrator to develop and monitor controls ensuring governance and audit standards are met. You will support the EPO with audits, templates, and process improvements, and may lead small department projects from planning to close.

The role requires a bachelor's degree plus 2+ years in project management, with strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/tech or related field with 2+ years of project management or related experience.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and managing vendor deliverables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Audit project sites for evidence of documentation and approvals to match required activities.
• Maintain project management processes and templates; ensure consistency and communicate changes.
• Assist in project change notifications and tracking related scope, timeline, and resources.
• Compile and distribute weekly enterprise status reports and ensure data documentation.
• Coordinate annual records retention review and ensure compliance with continuity requirements.
• Lead small department projects from planning to close with effective meetings and status reporting.
