Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Project Manager - Enterprise for a hybrid/remote role. You will manage enterprise initiatives, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain scope and budget while aligning with PMI, Scrum and Kanban practices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, strong collaboration skills, and proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet and MS Office. This full-time position offers robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Familiarity with PMI framework concepts.
• Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, Visio, PowerPoint and MS Office.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong communication with internal and external customers.
• PMI certifications preferred: PMP, CAPM, CSM or PMI-ACP.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop integrated project plans with scope, schedule, budget, resources and deliverables.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure agile principles are followed.
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation with internal teams and vendors.
• Deliver presentations to technical and business groups.
• Ensure projects meet Sunflower Bank standards and SDLC policies.
