Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Project Manager - Enterprise to lead large-scale initiatives across the bank. You will develop project plans, manage budgets, and drive timelines, collaborating with IT and business partners to deliver value.

This hybrid role requires PMI, Scrum, and Kanban familiarity, and a proven ability to communicate with stakeholders. Based in AZ/CA/CO/FL/KS/MI/NM/TX, you will contribute to a secure, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with PMI framework concepts.
• Proficiency with common project tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban).

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and demos.
• Ensure teams follow core agile principles and Sunflower Bank standards.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and action items to meet goals.
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external teams and stakeholders.
