Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Project Manager - Enterprise to lead complex initiatives across lines of business. You will develop and govern project plans, risk registers, and communications, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.

The role requires PMI, Scrum/Kanban familiarity, and strong collaboration with technical and non-technical teams. A hybrid/remote setup is available for candidates based in select states.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SDLC and agile delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with PMI framework concepts.
• Proven ability to lead projects with strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in enterprise projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, communication plans, and resources across multiple projects.
• Ensure requirements align to Sunflower Bank standards and PMO processes.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support agile teams to improve velocity.
