Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field, or 6+ years of equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of advanced project management experience in IT with a successful delivery record.
• PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages large or complex enterprise-wide health care IT demands, projects, or programs.
• Ensures adherence to budget, schedule, and scope using PMO standards.
• Establishes targets, benchmarks, and success criteria for project delivery.
• Plans, organizes, controls, and evaluates projects from initiation to implementation.
• Drives alignment with strategic objectives and milestones on time and within budget.
• Develops project demands with stakeholders, objectives, requirements, dates, milestones, and budget estimates.
• Identifies and monitors risks; records decisions, issues, and actions taken.
• Prepares comprehensive project documentation and status reports.
• Manages changes in scope, schedule, and budget using change control processes.
• Maintains communication plans; supports regular status meetings and executive reports.
• Facilitates post-implementation evaluations and lessons learned.
