Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Enterprise Project and Change Management Office (PCMO). You will partner with leaders to translate priorities into roadmaps and manage enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include planning, risk and resource management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies for transformational initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience and demonstrated success in project management.
• 3+ years' of change management experience; ACMP or Prosci certification preferred.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and own outcomes; follow-through on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into executable roadmaps; ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes.
• Project manage enterprise-wide initiatives including planning, scheduling, scope, risks, resources, communications, and benefits tracking.
• Lead assigned projects and change management activities as needed.
• Gather, understand, and document business requirements and translate into project objectives and measurable goals.
• Support stakeholder engagement, communications planning, readiness activities, and adoption strategies for transformational initiatives.
• Build and manage relationships across the firm to drive consensus and coordinate activities for successful delivery of objectives.
