InvoiceCloud is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact software implementation projects in the insurance vertical. You will work with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver technically integrated solutions that generate business value and drive revenue. You thrive in ambiguity, enjoy building scalable processes, and act as a collaborative leader across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage high-profile, technically complex implementation projects.
• Coordinate all aspects of project delivery including scope, scheduling, risk mitigation, and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, Client Services, and Alliances teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project implementation.
• Manage internal and external communications with clarity and timeliness.
• Forecast timelines and ensure project delivery aligns with company goals.
• Mentor junior team members in project management best practices.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach with humility, empathy, and trust.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in project management delivering software solutions.
• Experience in SaaS or software development environments.
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity.
• Proficient with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Project management training or coursework.
