Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager in Columbia, SC to drive delivery across large technology and business initiatives. The role supports project governance, implements the new Project Management System, oversees portfolios, dashboards, user training, and stakeholder engagement in a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate has extensive leadership in state or federal IT programs, proven change management expertise, and PMP or CSM credentials.

• 10+ years of experience with state or federal IT projects.
• 10+ years of experience implementing project management systems.
• 8+ years of experience creating Power BI dashboards.
• 10+ years of experience in change management.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Project Manager $75/hr-$80/hr Columbia, SC Hybrid

This position supports the agency’s project management and governance functions, including implementation of the new Project Management System, portfolio oversight, dashboard reporting, user training, and stakeholder support. As the PWA is decommissioned, the role will provide expertise in system implementation, project visibility, organizational change management, and leadership of strategic projects aligned with the agency. Responsibilities include supporting large-scale technology and business projects, maintaining project management standards and best practices, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and enhancing project management maturity across the organization.

Required Skills (Rank in order of Importance):

• 15+ Years of Experience with Project Management
• 10+ Years of Experience with State or Federal IT Projects
• 10+ Years of Experience with implementing Project Management Systems
• 8+ Years of Experience creating Power BI Dashboards
