Scope Of The Project

This position supports the agency s project management and governance functions, including implementation of the new Project Management System, portfolio oversight, dashboard reporting, user training, and stakeholder support. As the PWA is decommissioned, the role will provide expertise in system implementation, project visibility, organizational change management, and leadership of strategic projects aligned with the client.

Daily Duties / Responsibilities

Responsibilities include supporting large-scale technology and business projects, maintaining project management standards and best practices, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and enhancing project management maturity across the organization.

Required Skills (Rank In Order Of Importance)

• 15+ Years of Experience with Project Management
• 10+ Years of Experience with State or Federal IT Projects
• 10+ Years of Experience with implementing Project Management Systems
• 8+ Years of Experience creating Power BI Dashboards
• 10+ Years of Experience with Change Management� ��������

Preferred Skills (Rank In Order Of Importance)

• Experience with Public Health Software Implementations

Additional Skills
