Responsibilities

• Implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure on-schedule delivery, budget adherence, and quality.
• Review project proposals and plans; determine time frame and procedures for completing projects with governance.
• Directs daily work, allocates resources, and monitors demand/capacity; performs quality reviews and escalates issues.
• Prepare high-quality status reports with stakeholders; ensure proper project reporting and documentation.
• Coordinate communication across enterprise areas affecting scope, budget, risk and resources; assess change requests.
