Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; related field acceptable with experience.
• Five to seven years of job related experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
• Experience with DoD related procurement transactions preferred.
• Knowledge, skills, & abilities include clear communication, organization, and facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned programs throughout project life-cycle to ensure completion within scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
• Compile and respond to data requests to facilitate development of recommendations.
• Develop data analysis, financial modeling, and benchmarking for project requests and initiatives.
• Design, develop and maintain tools and processes for portfolio management and enterprise-level tracking.
• Assist in creation and delivery of materials for project/program management education and mentoring.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
