Job summary

Evolv is seeking a Project Manager, Enterprise Programs based in Waltham, MA. You will own delivery of enterprise system initiatives across Salesforce Revenue Cloud and NetSuite, including the integration layer between systems of record.

This is a hands-on delivery role with cross-functional collaboration across Finance, IT, Sales Operations, and more. In this role you will drive end-to-end lifecycle, manage partners, and deliver major enterprise releases with structured governance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ERP/CRM programs end-to-end.
• Ability to own delivery lifecycles from design to go-live.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of enterprise system initiatives across Salesforce Revenue Cloud and NetSuite.
• Lead full lifecycle: requirements, design, build, testing, cutover, launch, stabilization.
• Coordinate the quote-to-cash lifecycle and manage RAID/logs and risks.
• Produce executive status reports and steering materials.
• Manage system integrators and vendor statements of work.
