Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
• Five years of systems analysis and programming experience.
• Three years of application development and support; project management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, model and architect application systems and domains.
• Lead project planning with clients, business analysts, and team members.
• Manage development projects following HMSA's project management methodology.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to assigned projects and team members.
• Ensure quality standards and participate in code and design reviews.
