Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to lead large-scale programs supporting mission-critical operations within IC environments. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage cost, schedule, scope, risk, and deliverables, and maintain executive-level briefings.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least ten years of program management experience, PMP or equivalent, and active TS/SCI poly clearance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • Minimum of ten years of experience managing programs and/or projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with federal government or defense-related programs.
  • Experience with Agile, Lean, ITIL, or other process improvement frameworks.
  • Active security clearance or ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage enterprise-level programs and projects of significant size, scope, and complexity.
  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, project plans, risk registers, and performance metrics to ensure successful program execution.
  • Apply project management best practices and methodologies to manage cost, schedule, scope, quality, risk, and deliverables.
  • Build, lead, and sustain high-performing integrated teams across multiple functional and operational areas.
  • Coordinate and support 24x7 operational environments, ensuring continuity of mission-critical activities and rapid response capabilities.
  • Implement and support process improvement initiatives using established process improvement models and methodologies.
  • Serve as a primary interface with customers, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure high-quality customer service and mission alignment.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute support activities for exercises, crisis management operations, and special events.
  • Develop operational strategies, governance structures, status reporting, and executive-level briefings.
  • Identify program risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and drive corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster collaboration and communication among government, contractor, and operational stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, operational procedures, and security requirements.

As the Enterprise Program Manager , you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale, complex programs and projects that support mission-critical operations within a dynamic operational environment. This role oversees cross-functional teams, drives program execution, manages stakeholder engagement, and ensures delivery of strategic objectives related to cost, schedule, scope, risk, and performance metrics. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, operational awareness, and experience supporting high-visibility initiatives within Intelligence Community (IC) environments.


KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:


  • Lead and manage enterprise-level programs and projects of significant size, scope, and complexity.

  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, project plans, risk registers, and performance metrics to ensure successful program execution.

  • Apply project management best practices and methodologies to manage cost, schedule, scope, quality, risk, and deliverables.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field


  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing programs and/or projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

  • Experience supporting federal government or defense-related programs.

  • Experience with Agile, Lean, ITIL, or other process improvement frameworks.

  • Prior experience coordinating interagency or cross-organizational initiatives.

  • Active security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain required clearance.


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:


  • Demonstrated knowledge of process improvement models and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Proven experience providing high-quality customer service in complex operational environments.

  • Experience building, mentoring, and sustaining high-performing integrated teams.

  • Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) culture, operational priorities, and stakeholder engagement practices.

  • Experience supporting 24x7 operational environments and mission-critical operations.

  • Proficient knowledge and practical experience using project management concepts and methodologies to manage:

    • Cost

    • Schedule

    • Scope

    • Risk

    • Deliverables

    • Program metrics and reporting



  • Knowledge and experience related to exercise planning, crisis management policies, and support for special events.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief executive leadership and operational stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
