• Lead Enterprise Reporting Transformation initiatives end-to-end.
• Own design and delivery of the enterprise dashboard, health reporting, and scorecards.
• Develop and govern the data lake and enterprise reporting infrastructure.
• Partner with operations, product, and technology to align priorities and outcomes.
• Establish governance, standardized views, and a single source of truth for metrics.
