Job summary

Mass General Brigham, a premier health system, is seeking an Enterprise Program Director, Patient Safety, to influence care quality across its network. You will partner with executives and clinical teams to advance safety initiatives and set enterprise-wide strategy, embedding safety in care delivery.

You will lead data-driven improvements, manage complex regulatory requirements, and mentor professionals while shaping both short- and long-term safety priorities across hospitals and ambulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in patient safety, risk management, quality improvement, or a related healthcare discipline.
• 5+ years of clinical experience.
• Experience working with healthcare regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission standards and other healthcare accreditation and regulatory requirements.
