Defense Unicorns is seeking a product designer to craft enterprise software experiences that are approachable, secure, and scalable for government-focused mission teams. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to deliver an integrated UDS experience across the software delivery lifecycle.

The role emphasizes designing for complex workflows with multiple user roles, governance, and enterprise administration while maintaining strong security and compliance

Qualifications

• Proven product design experience for enterprise software.
• Self-service product experiences with resource/tool access requests.
• Systems thinking across complex workflows and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-centered enterprise solutions.
• Conduct UX research and testing to identify pain points and iterate.
• Define early concepts, workflow, and micro-interactions for enterprise UX.
• Create user personas, journeys, and roles for enterprise users.
• Collaborate with developers to build scalable enterprise experiences.
