Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Product Designer to design digital products and services for federal programs. You will work with multidisciplinary teams and federal partners to deliver accessible, usable, and secure experiences throughout the product lifecycle.

You’ll translate user needs and policy requirements into clear design solutions, contribute to design systems, and collaborate in agile DevSecOps teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years solving complex design problems with strategic skills.
• 2-3 years designing digital products or services in consulting or similar environments.
• Experience or ability to use AI-driven methodologies.
• Strong foundation in human-centered design, UX and interaction design.
• Experience across the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Framer).
• Collaborating with engineering and product teams in agile delivery.
• Ability to communicate design intent to diverse stakeholders.
• Portfolio showing problem-solving, accessibility, and impact.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end digital experiences for federal programs and services.
• Translate user needs and mission goals into design solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, researchers, content strategists, and accessibility specialists in agile teams.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and service blueprints.
• Contribute to design systems to ensure consistency and speed to delivery.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility, usability and security requirements.
• Participate in stakeholder workshops, design reviews and sprint ceremonies.
• Use qualitative and quantitative feedback to measure adoption and mission impact.
