Job summary

Weekday is seeking an experienced Procurement Contracts Manager to support enterprise procurement operations. You will draft, review, negotiate, and manage procurement agreements across jurisdictions, with a focus on data protection compliance and policy adherence.

This role requires contract-law knowledge, strong organization, and clear communication to thrive in a high-volume environment. Full-time role in the United States, Vermont, with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, legal studies, or related field.
• Paralegal certification is advantageous, supporting contract work.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, draft, and negotiate procurement contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, order forms).
• Maintain centralized contract repository; track renewals, deliverables, deadlines, approvals.
• Coordinate internal reviews with InfoSec, Risk, Privacy, Finance, and Procurement.
• Serve as primary vendor contact; oversee end-to-end contract execution.
• Support full contract lifecycle with legal, finance, risk, and procurement teams.
• Provide guidance on contract processes, obligations, and policy requirements.
• Prepare contract summaries, metrics, and risk analyses for leadership.
• Contribute to templates, clauses, workflows, and policy improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and documentation standards.
• Assist in issue resolution and escalation of complex matters.
• Stay informed on legal, regulatory, and industry updates affecting procurement.
