Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Enterprise Procurement Contracts Manager to draft, negotiate, and finalize IT and non-IT contracts across the enterprise. The role partners with Legal, Sourcing, IT Security, Risk, Privacy and Finance to ensure compliant, value-driven agreements and drive enterprise-wide savings initiatives.

The position requires leading contract teams, managing high-visibility engagements, and reporting to senior leadership on complex deal concepts and non-standard provisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contract negotiations experience.
• 5+ years reviewing, editing and drafting contractual terms and conditions.
• 5+ years professional experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks & high volume of contractual negotiations simultaneously.
• Experience advising senior leadership in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare and review contract documents in accordance with established policies.
• Negotiate all key terms to provide risk mitigation and value for the enterprise.
• Analyze contract requirements to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Lead projects and collaborate with senior leadership on enterprise initiatives.
• Mentor and guide staff to drive continuous improvement.
