Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related field.
• 10–15 years preconstruction or estimating experience in mechanical piping and related areas.
• Experience as Chief Estimator or Preconstruction leader for large contractors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate preconstruction performance across operating companies.
• Guide and support preconstruction teams with up to 40–60% travel.
• Assess maturity, margin discipline, and bid/no-bid frameworks.
• Develop enterprise metrics and preconstruction playbooks.
• Support acquisition activities and post-acquisition backlog quality.
