Lancesoft seeks an experienced Data Analytics Analyst 3 to design and implement an enterprise-level Training Analytics and Instructor-Led Training Compliance Reporting Platform in Riverdale, GA. The role focuses on building advanced Power BI dashboards, data models, and KPI reporting across LMS data sources.

You will collaborate with IT and training teams to deliver a comprehensive analytics platform by year-end, including seating/utilization metrics and regional reporting.)

Formación

• 7+ years of Power BI development experience.
• Advanced DAX calculations and Power BI measures.
• Strong SQL querying and database knowledge.
• Enterprise data modeling and semantic model development.
• LMS data integration and reporting.
• Learning analytics and training compliance reporting.
• Executive dashboard and scorecard development.
• Data architecture and data integration.
• KPI development and reporting automation.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement enterprise-level Power BI data models and architecture.
• Integrate data from multiple Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Develop advanced DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs.
• Build dashboards for training registration, attendance, completion, pass/fail, and no-show reporting.
• Develop seat utilization, open seats, vacant seats, and waitlist analytics.
• Create regional and Management Council reporting dashboards.
• Develop executive workforce readiness dashboards and scorecards.
• Automate and standardize recurring reports.
• Collaborate with Technical Training, LMS, and IT teams to gather requirements.
• Perform data validation, testing, and quality assurance.
• Deliver a fully operational enterprise training analytics platform before year-end.
