This role focuses on enterprise data modeling, LMS data integration, advanced DAX, semantic models, and executive dashboards, enabling workforce readiness reporting at an enterprise level.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement an enterprise training analytics and compliance reporting platform.
• Lead discovery and requirements sessions with Technical Training, LMS, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Design enterprise data architecture and semantic data models.
• Integrate LMS data sources with Power BI reporting solutions.
• Develop advanced DAX measures, calculated columns, and business logic.
• Create standardized reporting for registrations, attendance, course completions, pass/fail, no-shows, seat utilization, waitlists.
• Develop regional and Management Council reporting.
• Build executive-level workforce readiness dashboards and scorecards.
• Define and standardize business KPIs and reporting metrics.
• Develop automated and repeatable reporting processes.
• Perform testing, validation, and reconciliation of analytical outputs.
• Partner with business and technical teams to ensure reporting accuracy and usability.
• Optimize Power BI models and reports for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Support implementation through production deployment and operational readiness.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analytics Analyst III / Senior Power BI Learning Analytics Consultant to design and implement an enterprise-level Training Analytics and Instructor-Led Training Compliance Reporting Platform.

This is not a standard dashboard-development role. The consultant will be responsible for enterprise data modeling, LMS data integration, advanced DAX development, semantic model design, executive dashboards, workforce readiness reporting, and standardized training analytics.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Power BI architecture, advanced analytics, SQL, LMS reporting, learning analytics, data modeling, and executive-level reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement an enterprise training analytics and compliance reporting platform.

• Lead discovery and requirements sessions with Technical Training, LMS, IT, and business stakeholders.

• Design enterprise data architecture and semantic data models.

• Integrate Learning Management System (LMS) data sources with Power BI reporting solutions.

• Develop advanced DAX measures, calculated columns, and business logic.

• Create standardized reporting for:

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Power BI development and analytics experience.

• Advanced experience with DAX.

• Strong experience designing complex Power BI data models and semantic models.

• Experience integrating data from Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Strong experience with learning, training, or workforce analytics.

• Advanced SQL skills.

• Experience designing enterprise data architecture and analytical solutions.

• Proven experience developing executive dashboards and scorecards.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, relationships, measures, and reporting performance.

• Experience translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience developing enterprise training or compliance reporting platforms.

• Experience with instructor-led training analytics.

• Experience with workforce readiness reporting.
