The candidate will design and implement an enterprise Training Analytics and Instructor-Led Training Compliance Reporting Platform to be fully operational before year-end. The role requires 7+ years of Power BI development, advanced DAX, data modeling, LMS reporting, and data architecture.

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is currently looking for a Senior Power BI Learning Analytics Consultant to fill a contract position in Riverdale, GA.

Purpose

Engage a Senior Power BI Learning Analytics Consultant to design and implement an enterprise Training Analytics and Instructor-Led Training Compliance Reporting Platform before year-end.

Why a Senior Consultant is Required

This initiative is not a standard dashboard project. The consultant must design enterprise data models, integrate LMS data sources, develop advanced DAX calculations, build executive dashboards, and deliver workforce readiness reporting. A senior consultant brings proven experience in architecture, analytics, and delivery of complex reporting solutions, accelerating implementation and reducing rework.

Business Outcomes

• Registration, attendance, completion, pass/fail, and no-show reporting
• Seat utilization, open seats, vacant seats, and waitlist analytics
• Regional and Management Council reporting
• Executive workforce readiness dashboards
• Automated and standardized reporting

Recommended Resource Senior Power BI Learning Analytics Consultant Experience:

Experience: 7+ years Power BI development, advanced DAX, data modeling, LMS reporting, learning analytics, executive dashboards, SQL, and data architecture.

Proposed Timeline & Deliverables

Approval, funding, requisition, consultant selection, contracting. Discovery and requirements sessions with Technical Training, LMS, IT partners. Data architecture, LMS integration, semantic model design, KPI definitions. Attendance, enrollment, completion, pass/fail, no-show, and seat utilization reporting. Regional analytics, Management Council reporting, executive scorecards, testing and validation.

Target Outcome

Fully operational enterprise training analytics platform before year-end.

This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.
