Job summary

NASA in Brook Park, OH seeks an Enterprise Reporting Specialist to administer a Power BI Enterprise Reporting Platform. You will develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs, and ensure secure data access with RLS across facilities.

The role requires 6+ years in related reporting, strong SQL/Maximo knowledge, and collaboration with analysts. On-site work within 50 miles of a NASA Center is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management Reporting and/or PowerBI reporting.
• Experience with application security, authentication methods, and role-based access controls.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI Data Gateway management for on-premises data access.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer NASA’s Power BI Enterprise Reporting Platform and report repository.
• Build custom reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Develop methods to join multiple datasets for insights.
• Maintain data models, metadata, and performance.
• Implement and manage RLS/CLS for secure data access across platforms.
• Provide end-user training and maintain documentation.
