Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services is seeking a Data Analytics & Reporting Analyst in Minneapolis to develop impactful dashboards, scorecards, and BI solutions. You will work with SAP, HANA, Salesforce, Databricks, and Power BI data, translating requirements into user-friendly reporting tools for operational transparency and data-driven decisions.

Partner with senior leaders across Design & Planning, Control Center, Trouble Operations, Contracting, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced Power BI dashboard development and data visualization experience.
• SQL query development experience.
• Experience working with SAP data and SAP HANA.
• Experience with ETL processes and relational databases.
• Experience extracting and reporting on Salesforce data.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and promote Power BI dashboards and scorecards.
• Extract and analyze data from SAP, HANA, Salesforce, Databricks, databases, manual files, and other data sources.
• Build ETL processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
• Develop reporting solutions that provide visibility into timelines, productivity, workloads, efficiencies, process adherence, and workflow performance.
• Create both new dashboards from scratch and enhance existing reporting solutions.
• Perform data validation and reasonability checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with business leaders and team members to gather requirements and refine reporting outputs.
• Create and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports.
• Document reporting requirements, processes, data definitions, and methodologies.
• Respond to data inquiries and provide analytical support across the organization.
• Use AI-enabled tools and analytics capabilities to improve reporting and business insights.
