Qualifications

• Experience in a ServiceNow APM or CMDB-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of CSDM concepts and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical liaison between business stakeholders, architecture, and ServiceNow platform teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, architectural, and data requirements for enterprise portfolio management.
• Maintain CSMD-aligned data models and support APM reporting and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, data definitions, and reporting requirements.
