Job summary

PNC seeks a Portfolio Mgmt Director to lead the ServiceNow Product Owner organization within the Technology group. Based in Phoenix, you will own demand management, prioritization and the portfolio roadmap across multiple product lines.

You will challenge estimates, size requests, and articulate costs to stakeholders. The role requires extensive enterprise-scale portfolio management experience, strong executive communication, and deep ServiceNow knowledge.

Qualifications

• Extensive years in product/portfolio leadership in a large enterprise.
• Fluent with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management: Demand, Idea, Project and Program, Agile Development, and Application Portfolio Management.
• Experience standing up a demand intake process at enterprise scale with SLA governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Product Owners organization and line management.
• Own Demand Management end-to-end and triage for all business area requests.
• Define demand scoring model and ensure consistent prioritization across roadmaps.
• Maintain a single ranked portfolio roadmap across product lines with published cadence.
• Lead cross-product prioritization and PI planning governance across squads.
