Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in staffing or vendor management, experience with vendor management systems, and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in vendor management or staffing.
• 1+ year with vendor management systems.
• Experience in staffing or vendor management required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong ability to develop relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Good problem solving and detail orientation.
• Ability to lead or contribute to a team.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Nurture relationships with client peers and stakeholders.
• Support Account Director with business reviews.
• Improve service delivery and meet client SLA.
• Forecast demand for operational resources.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Create and maintain process documents and SOPs.
• Provide client reporting on service delivery metrics.
