Qualifications

• 5–7 years of program management experience in high-growth or tech environments.
• Experience blending waterfall and agile approaches on programs.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience presenting to Executive leadership.
• Strong facilitation and communication, influencing without authority.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
• Experience implementing governance and reporting in less mature organizations.
• Collaborative mindset, thrives in team-based environments with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large-scale programs across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Define program objectives, scope, and success measures
• Develop governance frameworks, reporting, cadences
• Navigate ambiguity to drive clarity and priorities
• Build relationships with stakeholders across functions and levels
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks; manage dependencies
• Coach and mentor team members on program management practices
