Job summary

Flywire is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager to own internal HCM systems such as Workday, guiding strategic initiatives across our enterprise platforms. You will partner with senior leaders, own multi-year roadmaps, and drive cross-functional delivery with a focus on fintech-driven efficiency.

You will mentor PMs, shape product metrics, and collaborate with architecture to ensure scalable, secure, and measurable business value. This role demands executive presence and broad influence.

Qualifications

• Senior Product Manager focusing on internal HCM systems such as Workday, with fintech background a plus.
• Deep technical knowledge, executive presence, and ability to influence across the organization.
• Experience leading product initiatives in enterprise systems or HR tech.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for significant enterprise system areas.
• Partner with senior business leaders and executives to identify and prioritize high-value technology investments.
• Translate complex business challenges into well-defined product requirements and actionable engineering plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
• Establish and govern product metrics frameworks, using data and analytics to drive decisions and demonstrate business value.
• Drive platform architecture discussions to ensure scalability, security, and long-term sustainability.
• Champion Agile best practices and adoption of product management methodologies.
• Mentor junior and mid-level Product Managers with coaching and development opportunities.
• Represent product management in enterprise architecture reviews and governance forums.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, evaluating platform capabilities and negotiating roadmap commitments.
