Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive enterprise transformation across Finance, Build Engine, Operations, HR, and IT. You will oversee complex programs, build detailed plans, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, executive communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, PM, IT, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing projects with multiple business units and stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to build detailed project plans and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and using PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout for multiple enterprise transformation projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Establish governance, reporting structures, and communication plans for stakeholder alignment.
• Drive execution to meet scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and steering committees to maintain momentum.
• Monitor health, identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Manage change requests and secure stakeholder approvals.
• Partner with leaders across Finance, Build Engine, Operations, HR, IT to define objectives.
