Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Program Management Office Lead to guide programs from concept to completion within DoD contexts. The role emphasizes rigorous cost accounting reviews, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional coordination using Word, Excel, and Project.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of multi-project management, 3+ years in DoD program management, and a Secret clearance. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with strong organizational and verbal/written communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects with planning, organization, decision-making and problem-solving.
• 3+ years of DoD program management or acquisition management.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow through.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of financial or cost analysis, contract administration basics and proposal development.
• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Support a program from concept to completion with effective communication.
• Review contracts and project cost accounting with key stakeholders.
• Assist with tactical planning using Word, Excel, Project, and other tools.
• Interact with SMEs, schedulers, customers, project analysts, and leadership to ensure goals.
• Help develop and maintain program strategy to meet quality standards.
• Contribute to Booz Allen’s ongoing mission and client support.
