Job description

The Enterprise PMO Leader plays a critical role in supporting and executing project management standards, tools, and practices across the enterprise. This individual ensures project governance compliance, supports ad hoc project initiatives, and owns key PMO toolsets to enhance visibility, communication, and delivery effectiveness. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong coordination skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and an ability to juggle multiple priorities while fostering a team-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • PMO Tool Ownership and Administration: Act as subject matter expert and administrator for project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira). Drive adoption, training, and enhancements to improve usability and data accuracy.
  • Ad Hoc Project Support: Assist with project needs across the enterprise, including facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, or managing smaller initiatives when needed.
  • Process and Standards Implementation: Promote and enforce EPMO best practices and standards. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous optimization efforts.
  • Data Quality and Reporting: Maintain project documentation accuracy and support reporting (status updates, dashboards, KPIs). Assist in portfolio reporting and insights.
  • Governance and Compliance Support: Ensure projects follow established processes. Coordinate reviews and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with project leads, stakeholders, and EPMO leadership to ensure aligned execution and knowledge sharing across global efforts.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years in a PMO, project portfolio management, or related role.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial tracking, and resource planning.
  • Experience supporting enterprise project or portfolio management tools.
  • Exposure to methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

*This position may be offered at different levels based on education and experience. Salary range: $101,000 - $127,000, adjustable based on role level and candidate qualifications.
