Job summary

Mixpanel, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager - Platform to own the enterprise management surface, including identity and access management, SSO, audit logging, and admin controls.

You’ll align security, compliance, and GTM needs into a prioritized roadmap and ensure the platform foundations scale with a growing enterprise footprint. You will collaborate with engineering leadership on architecture tradeoffs and demonstrate the ROI of platform investments to leadership while staying connected to

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience owning technically complex problems end-to-end.
• Direct experience with identity, access management, or security-adjacent product work.
• Systems thinker with broad impact across teams and journeys.
• Ability to align across engineering, security, and GTM without formal authority.
• Experience building business cases for security, compliance, or infra investments.
• Technical fluency with identity, auth, and security infrastructure tradeoffs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for Mixpanel's enterprise management surface.
• Translate security reviews and compliance needs into prioritized roadmaps.
• Own the design system, public APIs, and shared platform foundations for consistency.
• Partner with engineering on architecture tradeoffs for reliability at scale.
• Build a business case for platform investments to leadership.
• Stay connected to enterprise customers and GTM teams to inform roadmap decisions.
• Define and maintain platform health metrics across reliability and onboarding.
