Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a seasoned Environment Manager to lead governance, stability, and readiness of enterprise platform environments across Oracle Cloud and related systems such as UKG, Passport, and Vertex.

You will partner with release, QA, platform, business, and vendor teams to ensure environments are reliable, controlled, and ready for testing, training, and business operations, while driving continuous improvements and compliance with change management and SOX.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Environment Management or similar role in complex enterprise IT environments.
• Experience managing Oracle Cloud environments or comparable enterprise application environments.
• Experience with HRIS, ERP, procurement, tax, and related domains.
• Strong governance, SDLC, release dependencies, and operational support practices.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise platform environments, including production and non-production, ensuring readiness.
• Define governance, lifecycle controls, and usage guidelines for environments.
• Coordinate environment refreshes, data masking, and upgrades across platforms.
• Partner with IT orgs and vendors to align with delivery timelines and dependencies.
• Monitor environment health and drive proactive resolution of incidents.
• Ensure compliance with change management and SOX controls.
