Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with enterprise-grade features and security considerations.

• Design and build foundational systems for enterprise integrations and extensibility.
• Scale Sierra’s platform for large customers across regions and use cases.
• Maintain high security, reliability, and operational excellence across the platform.
