Job summary

o9 Solutions is seeking an Associate Solution Architect in Dallas to drive requirement analysis, solution design and configuration across global client teams. You will guide data reviews, document business processes, and collaborate with cross‑functional groups to ensure successful planning and execution.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in supply chain planning, strong analytics, and a Master’s Degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/logistics domain with a focus on planning.
• Experience delivering solution lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Experience using agile methodology to deliver enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities

• Requirement analysis and document to-be business processes.
• Data requirement specification to meet business needs.
• Support solution architecture and design specification documentation.
• Demonstrate configuration to client teams through agile.
• Document solution enhancements with Internal Research and Development.
• Support test-case creation and execution through test stages.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects.
• Plan, develop and deliver super user training.
• Mentor junior members of the o9 implementation team.
