Job summary

- Regulatory compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, FDA, USP, and related standards.
- Experience partnering with IT, finance, and analytics to optimize operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise pharmacy operations strategy.
- Lead governance, standards, and escalation pathways for consistent execution.
- Oversee CSC strategy, warehouse operations, facility workflow, and technology integration.
- Ensure readiness for new technologies and acquisitions or divestitures.
- Engage stakeholders across executive leadership and external vendors.
