Job summary

Prime Healthcare, an award-winning health system, seeks a Corporate Vice President of Pharmacy Services to design and implement delivery of pharmacy services, develop strategies to improve clinical outcomes, and align with financial goals. You will lead policy creation, audits, and vendor partnerships, and onboard acquisitions into pharmacy operations.

You will collaborate with the CIO and Epic Willow teams, ensure compliance with state boards, and guide pharmacy operations across the system to

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
Current state Pharmacy license.
5+ years of hospital management experience.
3+ years of acute care pharmacy experience.
Strong communication and change leadership.

Responsibilities

Create and oversee policies, procedures and best practices for pharmacy operations.
Develop and maintain auditing programs for compliance and quality.
Collaborate with Pharmacy Directors to support business needs.
Lead meetings to disseminate regulatory updates and drug information to staff.
Evaluate vendors to maintain contracts and supplies for patient care.
Advise pharmacy directors and healthcare partners on operations.
Design and implement future-state workflows with business partners.
Work with CIO, Epic Project Director and Epic Willow team on projects.
Ensure acquisitions are onboarded into pharmacy services.
Perform other duties as assigned.
