Position Overview

The Enterprise Pharmacy Client Manager will have responsibilities within the Account Management Teams, supporting accounting and wholesale customers. Under the general direction of the Sr. Manager of Enterprise Pharmacy, this role delivers on the company’s value proposition to its clients and team(s). The position requires managing ongoing projects and multitasking effectively.

Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, proactive, solution-focused, and possess critical thinking skills. They should have account management experience, including client support, customer service, and process improvement. The ability to work independently and support both internal teams and external customers is essential.

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager passionate about customer impact and growth. You will manage a diverse customer base to achieve measurable success, impacting our large client base.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned accounts and customers within the region
  • Provide timely communication to customers
  • Support customers via support tickets and calls
  • Multitask across multiple projects
  • Collaborate with other teams as needed
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and problem solving
  • Support ticket management and daily operations
  • Manage pharmacy termination processes when needed
  • Update and maintain CRM communications according to PharmaForce standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with PharmaForce policies, Code of Business Conduct, ethics, and applicable laws
Qualifications
Required:
  • Problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and collaboration abilities
  • Customer service and client support experience
  • Knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program
  • Basic computer skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a 340B Pharmacy Account Manager
Education/Learning Experience:
  • Desired: Licensed Pharmacy Technician
  • Desired: Experience in 340B, healthcare, or pharmacy industry
Skills/Knowledge:
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and multitasking skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally in team environments
